Every product offered by HOME BY 2AM is crafted on a "made to order" basis, which implies that it is meticulously manufactured exclusively for you once your order has been placed. Given this nature HOME BY 2AM cannot accommodate refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Absolutely, you can cancel your order for prints and frames as long as production hasn't commenced yet. Typically, you have until midnight, the same day you order. If you get in touch with us right away, by emailing hello@homeby2am.com we will make every effort to cancel the order and provide you with a complete refund.

MY ARTWORK DIDN'T ARRIVE

Where prints are lost in transit, we will reprint the order and ship it to you at no extra cost.

MY ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED

As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, in the event that an artwork arriving damaged or incorrect, we will gladly arrange for a prompt replacement to be sent to you via express delivery, at no extra cost. It would greatly assist us if you could provide us with a few photographs showcasing the damage or any other issues encountered. Please forward these images to hello@homeby2am.com for review.
