Authenticity and originality are everything to us, we work closely with our artists to ensure just that. We have strict licensing and checks to ensure your artwork is authentic and you will also receive a Certificate of Authentication with every print.

Giclée printing is a digital reproduction technique for art and photography using inkjet printers to spray pigment-based inks onto quality paper or canvas. Want to know more? Click here.

Our artists get to choose from two Giclée fine art papers to showcase their art. There are two types Hahnemühle Pearl that has a pronounced texture, ensuring rich black reproduction and vibrant colour intensity or Hahnemühle Photorag that boasts a super matte finish that places it among the preferred choices of artists, illustrators, and photographers.

Crafted in London, our handmade frames are fashioned from the best FSC certified sustainable wood. Our frames feature solid oak wood that have archival quality and are acid free. We offer these frames in either black, white or natural oak.

Our frame windows are constructed using edge-ground float glass that integrates a UV filter of approximately 44%. This filter is designed to shield artworks from UV light damage, reducing fading and other forms of deterioration. For sizes A1 and larger, we use high quality 3mm clear acrylic to provide protection against potential transit damage.

Full-bleed printing is when the image covers the paper edge to edge without borders or margins. A full bleed lets your frame act as the border creating a dynamic feature image.

A mount is a great way to enhance your piece within the frame, adding impact and allure to the piece as well as keeping it safe, the mount acts as support to protect the print underneath.

Good question. Mounted prints have the same look as other printed photos but include a rigid backing. This backing protects the image from warping and damaged corners. You can display these mounted images or store them with confidence that they will stay in the best condition, just like the day you bought them.

Our Small and Medium frames come with D-rings and cable, and our Large and Huge frames come with metal straphangers for extra security which can support the heavier weight.

To hang a frame using our cable support, choose the location and consider stud placement. Measure, mark, and level the wall. Select an appropriate nail or hook based on weight. Hammer it in at a slight upward angle for nails. Hang the frame, adjust for levelness, and confirm stability.

For metal strap hangers, similar to the above, find the appropriate nail based on the weight and drill in to the wall on mark on made from both sides and hook it on.

Step back and enjoy. NB we don’t advise hanging artwork at the hours of 2am!

Orders are hand made, packaged and delivered from our studio in London, United Kingdom.

UK orders are shipped by tracked Royal Mail or Courier, EU and international shipping are DHL delivered and fully trackable, you will get an easy to follow link.

Each one of our prints takes approximately 7-10 business days to print, mount, frame and ship. Once shipped, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on things. Most orders take 7-14 days in transit to UK & Europe or 14-20 days to the rest of the world.

With one simple click. You will receive your tracking information once you’ve completed your order so you can track your artwork every step of the way.

Your newly purchased artwork is just as much our pride and joy, as it will be yours so protecting it is our priority. We ship our print orders in a tube, please handle with care when removing so you dont smudge. Frames are packed between 2 strips of foam to stop the glass and blackboard moving in transit. This is then sandwiched between boards before it’s wrapped in 2-layers of bubble wrap. Blue foam edging is then attached to the edges, followed by a larger foam edging for double cushioning.

We do everything we can to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition but in the unlikely event your artwork or frame arrives damaged don't worry, we will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact us at hello@homeby2am.com with some photos of the damage and the box it came in.

If you're quick and your artwork has not been dispatched yet, you can change the shipping address if the updated address is in the same region. Email us to request hello@2am-studio.com.

If you're not available to receive the delivery, you will need to contact the delivery company directly. If the parcel is returned to us, we will have to charge you the shipping cost for redelivery.
